You should not be running your system without an Anti Virus, Malwarebytes does detect and remove infections, but it should be run alongside an Anti Virus program for complete protection.
Tuvaro is Adware which hijacks your browsers, it should do no harm to your system, it is more of a pest that a threat, but should be removed.
FYI: One thing I notice in your system info is that you are using the 64bit version of Windows 7 with only 2GB of RAM. That is the bare recommended minimum and you should notice some improvement in system performance if you upgrade the amount of Memory.
You've not explained the problem you are having with AVG, was there an issue trying to install it?
Please run this scan below and post the log, this should get rid of the Adware.

Scan button (as indicated), accept any prompts that appear and allow it to run, it may take several minutes to complete, when it is done click on the
Clean button, accept any prompts that appear and allow the system to reboot. You will then be presented with the report, Copy & Paste it into your next post.
NOTE: If for any reason the report does not appear, open Windows Explorer and click on the C: drive in the left pane, in the right pane you should find a new folder called
Adwcleaner, double click on it and you will see the saved logs. Find the log that has a number in brackets starting with an
S NOT
R, similar to this:
Adwcleaner[S1], double click on the one with the highest number and the log will open, Copy & Paste it into your reply.
