Can't get rid of Bing

On my windows 8 I uninstalled Bing (which I find annoying) , but still when I click on an address I find on a website the Bing search engine pops up , sometimes with total unrelated addresses, but not the one I am looking for. I reinstalled Bing and uninstalled it again with REVO uninstaller, but that did not help either. :mad:
