AppData: The specified module (nengine.dll) could not be found

Hi

When I boot up my computer in the morning, I get the following message

'c:\users\owner\appdata\roaming\newnext.me\nengine.dll. The specified module could not be found.'

I'm wondering what is the best 'free' software to download to fix this problem.

Sorry if I've put this query in the wrong category but it seems to bridge both the 'malware and security' and 'software' categories.

I guess I'm looking for advice on the nature of the problem and what is the best software to fix the problem.
