Followed instructions in thread but problems please

Hello

I read the instructions "read this first" before making this post but there have been some problems.

I got the error message below when I tried to do a hijack this scan. The HJT scan report is below the error message.

I also got problems when trying to download GMER, and DDS. I got an error message for DDS, please see jpg below. I also got a page full of gobbledygook, see text file further in in post.
