Soca virus

Hi I'd just like to know if anyone can help.

I have the soca virus on my pc windows 7. I've tried looking at the self help solutions online, but when I press safe mode, safe mode with networking or safe mode with command prompt all that happens is that it displays a long list of drivers and then goes to the closing down screen.

Does anyone have any ideas?
