outfox tv needs to go

I am hoping that someone can tell me how to remove outfox tv. I have always trusted cnet, but I went on to download some software and I had not been on for some time. I thought that I was accepting terms when I realized that I had accepted another program (delayed reaction)... So, I cancelled the install before it was complete, but outfox was already on my computer.

I considered system restore, but it seems to not be completing because it says that my antivirus software may need to be disabled. I am running AVG free 2014 and Spybot S&D 2.2, but I cannot figure out how to disable them. The control panel is different and does not allow me to disable them temporarily from that location.

I don't care whether I can use the system restore to solve this problem or whether I get step-by-step instructions to uninstall outfox... which cannot be done from program uninstall... they've named this one appropriately.

I am running Windows 7 professional and it is up to date...

Please HELP!
