Uninstalling Ad-Adware w/ loss of Wireless Connection

I have a big problem  after I uninstall Ad-Aware Antivirus. Once it is gone and I also uninstall Ad-Aware Security Add-on my wireless connection also deletes or plain disappears. I am the second PC in the house with the :D USB connector by Netgear installed. I try to reconnect manually and using the Netgear install disk and nothing happens to reestablish an Internet connection and :( I am baffled. So I have to go back and use Restore and everything is well again with Ad-Aware back slowing down my PC.
I now have full :p:D;) AVG 30 day trial and plan to buy it for a year in the next few days. Yet I want to delay doing this until after the Ad-Aware is successfully deleted. And by the way I have MalwareBytes installed here as well. So is there any easy solution to this problem? And have I been going about it the hard way?:rolleyes::confused:
