Unable to remove YouTube Accelerator and Tuvaro Browser Hijack

Hi everyone...So I downloaded and installed an MKV to MP4 converter from download.com the other day. I have never had an issue with anything from them before so I didn't think twice about it. While installing the program I noticed that it tried to get me to install a couple of other programs, which I unchecked and proceeded. After a reboot I immediately noticed that YouTube Accelerator loaded at boot, which I disabled and closed. When I went to Add/Remove Programs so that I could uninstall it manually it won't budge. I click the "Uninstall/Change" button and nothing happens. Also, my Chrome start page has been hijacked by Tuvaro and I'm unable to remove it. There is nothing listed in the Chrome Extensions about it and I have no clue where to start with either of these problems.

I run MAM Premium and did a scan earlier which found 3 items, when I delete them it prompts me to reboot to finish cleanup but nothing changes. The programs and hijack are still there. Any help you all could offer would be greatly appreciated. Here is my TSG Sysinfo stuff. If you need any other info just let me know. Thanks!

~Phil
