Hello, this is my first post so please let me know if I do something incorrectly. I have had an issue with my printer (Canon MP600) for some time. It acts as if it is printing but the paper comes out blank. I tried new ink, cleaned the head etc. Out of frustration purchased a new printer (Epson WF-2530). Same issue. I have ran antivirus after antivirus trying to figure this out. Reset spool. So I reformatted my hard drive. Printer worked for a few days. Suddenly it is happening again. I believe something I have on an external drive to install my back ups has something on it as it started after I hooked it up. I scanned both externals for issues as well but nothing. I have an HP Elite 380t. Windows 7 Home edition. I am at my wits end and hope you all can offer my some assistance before I throw it out the window. Thank you so much!
