Multiple ad's Can't get rid of.

I inadvertently downloaded some ad. viruses and can't seem to get rid of them. the worst one is s.ptrk-wn.com. The one that seemed to kick it all of wascdncache-a.akamaihd.net/pd.html?r=322202.
Others update portal.net. udate-club .com. master-update.com.
One of these comes up whenever I look at a youtube clip and again when I alter the volume it comes up with a note asking me to accept the particular site to allow prog. to put files on my computer. I always deny request.
Another tries to get me to update Flash when I already have the latest edition.
I have run DDS and Combo fix and except for a couple of files being deleted these problems are still there.


I will attempt to upload the required files but being the wrong side of 70 and my son being abroad could be a struggle!!


I uploaded the files (4) came back error mailshield.der!!! Invalid file ????
Could not turn off malware bytes or System mechanic

Please advise if not correct Thanks.
