Continous Re-Booting

My Laptop which is on the Windows 8 platform received a virus. I changed this to safe mode to try to remove the virus, but it is now continuously re-boots. I cannot get to a main page. It try's to boot up but then stops and try's to re-boot again. I put in my Gateway Recovery Drive to restore to the factory settings but it does nothing. Help!!!
