Norton Antivirus Software

Hello,

About every few days I get the following error, the only thing I know is it has to do with my Norton Antivirus Software. Can anyone advise me on this error message, I mean, should I be concerned that my laptop is at risk.

I've attached screen shots so that you may few what I'm referring to. Or should I just ignore it.
