Hi there, haven't really had many problems with this computer until now. A few weeks ago, it slowed down markedly and is now difficult to use because it is so painfully slow. I think it's infected with something, but I've run AVG antivirus which we used to use and it hasn't helped. I then uninstalled AVG and installed a new antivirus suite but that doesn't seem to have helped either.
The slowdown affects all of the computer but it is worst when using Firefox.
