poss full of spyware etc cos pages loading slow and coming out wrong

I am really sorry but for some reason I have managed to delete my adwcleaner logs and other stuff, so, should I just download it again, and carry out your instruction in your last post.
Sorry I didn't see this earlier, I forgot that I had changed my email notification settings so I missed your reply, I remembered it, I just thought you may have been snowed under which is why I only came today to check.
Sorry for all these delays, we will get there. :)
Also, the day before yesterday, I was listening to some music on youtube and surfing, then my computer just shut down on me. It didn't just go off, it said "shutting down" first, do you know why this could have happened?
