There are a few fundamental problems with this machine.
1) It has a single core processor. That makes it not very fast.
2) It has only 64Mb graphics card. That makes it slow loading websites.
3) It has no antivirus. That is a disaster. Your machine is a sitting duck for infections.

Tell me: Is this a laptop or desktop?

Before we do anything else, we have to get an antivirus on there.

Download the Microsoft Security Essentials Installer
The download is here: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
Choose "Save As" and Save it to your desktop. Make sure you can find it.

Install Microsoft Security Essentials
Double Click the icon for the Microsoft Security Essentials installer.
Let it install, update itself, run a FULL scan and delete anything it finds.

• Tell me about the desktop/laptop thing, and any model number, if you know it.
• Tell me if you were successful in downloading and running MS Security Essentials.
