Not sure where to post this...Certain online links just pop up a blank screen with a slashed "O" - like "Ghostbusters" - in the top left corner & am unable to open the link or page I am trying to access. I do not have this problem on my old laptop. These are generally webpages/websites I know. What is going on & how do I rectify this problem? Please help. Thanks!
