possible malware? snapdo jobdone and lyricsviewer keep popping up everywhere

i'm sorry I don't know how to find my posts, I thought they would show up when I go to 'my account' as instructed but they don't show up. this means that possibly the original email I made last week HASN'T disappeared.

please advise me if we just need to be patient and that the old one will be replied to - or if we should look to this one/ sorry again,
teamem. I will save this page on the menu bar of this laptop and find it that way hopefully.
