If you would now like to run a full system scan with Eset NOD32 and post the log and then proceed with running Combofix and post the log from that also. We can then clean up any remaining problems and make quite sure your system is infection free.
Please Copy all logs into your replies rather than post attachments.
Just to answer one of your concerns with Combofix, it will only disable your Desktop while the scan is running, it will return to normal once the scan has completed.

Thank you so much for helping me throughout from first to the end and I am sorry it took me so long to give you a response.
Following your instruction I have actually printed out the manual for combofix. However after I read them, I didnt do it straight away partly because I am quite scared of how powerful it is, how it might cause side effects, and it also would disable my desktop unusable for some time, which during those time I happened to need it to finish my reports.
Anyway, I am now ready and have time needed to run combofix.
I hope you dont mind to help me once more.
P.S. "The problem (CPU non-stop) is no longer in my PC"
I am now also using ESET NOD32 Antivirus 7
