Virus wiped out yahoo, skype, mpc player...

Hi,

I downloaded a virus trying to install Bluestacks.
My antivirus program caught it, but it seems to have done damage before being stopped or maybe isn't stopped.

I tried running Malwarebytes, Iobit Malware Fighter and Avast! each crashed when I tried. I moved to safe mode and they all ran but detected no malware.

I removed every trace of Bluestacks that I could find.

I have run system restore on windows in safe mode, it kept crashing.
I ran it from Genie Timeline from my back up hardrive and it recovered all but 33GB of files.
Yahoo - uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it loads for a few seconds then crashes. Unistall was done using Iobit Uninstaller and it goes after file remnants too.
Skype - same
MPC Player same.
Mozilla Firefox works fine.
Even though the report below says avast! is working, it's not really. I can't access it anymore and it's next on my list to uninstall and reinstall.
